the follow up.

"you are a strong, kind, intelligent, beautiful woman and individual, someone that is so unique that the world has never had anyone on this planet like you. you are special, and very important. today is your day, this is the only day you have."

my dear friend Keith sent these exact words to me in a email after we had met for lunch one afternoon. You wouldn't think something so simple could mean so much, but it did and still does, everyday.
Later that night I found $100 in my purse from a unknown source. He was the only person I had seen that day. But I still have no clue how he managed to slide it in there without my knowledge... He denied ever putting the money there, and told me to look at it as a gift from God. I think of it as a gift from a angel today. I have so much to be thankful for, so many to be grateful for. I am blessed each and everyday. When times get hard, they always get better. everything in life is something to learn from. take one day at a time, choose to learn the hard or simple way. take every moment in, even the most difficult ones, and be thankful for a moment to learn from. I can sit here and talk the talk, but it's my decision to finally walk the walk. I'm going to be honest with myself and finally realize that... I am a strong kind intelligent beautiful woman and individual, someone that is so unique that the world has never had anyone on this planet like me. I am special, and very important. today is MY day, this is the only day I have.
